1. Who you are dealing with

This website and the services described on it are operated by EXL Business Consulting LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Vulkan Prime, located in Miami, Florida, United States. You can reach us on +1 (786) 302-8953 or at gustavo.l@vulkanprime.com.

Vulkan Prime supplies ALLU screening and crushing equipment. ALLU is a separate company and is not a party to these terms.

2. What we provide

• Supply of screening and crushing attachments and related parts and service.
• Review of construction bid documents, geotechnical reports and specifications, and preparation of material reuse assessments.

3. Messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Vulkan Prime at that number regarding your enquiry, quotations, equipment availability, scheduling and job document review. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time using the methods above.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket and others. Carrier support may change.

How we handle your number and your consent record is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: your mobile information and opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Document review is advisory

Our assessments are a reading of documents you supply or that are publicly available. They are prepared to help you form your own judgement and they are not engineering advice, a certified quantity takeoff, a guarantee of quantities, or a substitute for the engineer of record, a licensed geotechnical engineer, or your own estimating.

Figures we present are labelled by source: printed in the documents, computed by us from those printed figures, or assumed. Assumptions and unverified items are identified as such. Site conditions vary between borings and you remain responsible for your own bid, your own means and methods, and compliance with the contract documents.

5. Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to availability and to the manufacturer's current pricing and lead times at the time of order. Mount plates, pins, freight, training and commissioning are quoted separately unless stated otherwise. Equipment is supplied subject to the manufacturer's warranty; we do not extend or vary that warranty.

6. Your material

You keep ownership of the documents you send us. You confirm you are entitled to share them. You grant us permission to use them for the purpose of preparing your review. We do not publish them or share them with your competitors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vulkan Prime is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost bids, arising from use of this website, our assessments, or the equipment. Our total liability for any claim relating to an assessment is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Website use

Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice. Product images and videos are supplied by the manufacturer and are illustrative. Do not use this site unlawfully or attempt to interfere with its operation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
