Vulkan Prime supplies on-site screening and crushing equipment and reviews construction bid documents for contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do and do not do with it.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — your name, company, phone number and email address, when you call, text, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or submit a form on this site.
- Project documents — bid packages, geotechnical reports, plans, specifications and similar files you send us for review.
- SMS consent records — where you opt in to receive text messages, we keep a record of that consent, including the date, the method and the phone number provided.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. Our web host records standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and review the job you sent us.
- To contact you about that enquiry by phone, text, WhatsApp or email.
- To prepare quotations and equipment proposals you have asked for.
- To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
SMS and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services to us, such as a messaging carrier or customer service provider, is permitted solely to deliver the service.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent or trade your phone number or your consent record.
If you opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Vulkan Prime at the number you provided. Messages relate to your enquiry, quotations, equipment availability, scheduling and job document review. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us, typically no more than 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary:
- Service providers acting for us — our telephone and messaging carrier, email provider and web host, strictly to deliver the service you asked for.
- Equipment manufacturer — where you have asked us to arrange a quotation, demonstration, warranty or parts order, we pass only the details needed to fulfil that request.
- Where the law requires it — in response to a lawful request from a public authority, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
None of these parties are permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
Project documents you send us
Bid packages and geotechnical reports you send us are used to prepare your review and are not published, resold or shared with your competitors. Where documents are already public records, we may reference the public source in general market commentary, but we will not identify you as the sender without your permission.
How long we keep it
Contact details and correspondence are kept for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax or record-keeping purposes. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept for at least four years so we can evidence consent. Project documents are kept for the life of the enquiry and any resulting order.
Your choices
- Text messages — reply STOP to any message, or contact us directly.
- Email — ask us to stop and we will.
- Access, correction or deletion — email gustavo.l@vulkanprime.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Some records must be retained where the law requires it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting text messaging will be posted here before they take effect.
